Hopefully this doesn't sound like too much of an oxymoron, but often a firm mattress is like sleeping on hard ground and makes me wonder why I bothered to buy a mattress in the first place. This mattress is firm enough that I can sleep on my front (My natural sleeping position), but it's got just enough give that I can lie on my back comfortably for a nice audio book before sleep. Trial & Guarantee

How does Doze’s 40-night trial work?

The Dreams ‘Comfort Exchange’ allows for the replacement of a mattress if you find your Doze doesn’t suit you. You can only request a change after sleeping on the mattress for 30 nights, after which you can select an alternative mattress of the same size. The original mattress must be in good condition and have been used with a mattress protector. A collection and re delivery charge of £49 will be applied.

How does Doze’s 1-year guarantee work?

Your Doze mattress comes with a 1-year guarantee, however extra coverage for 8 years is available to purchase through Dreams’ Bed Cover Service Plan. The guarantee does not cover wear and tear.

Delivery

What are Dreams’ delivery costs?

Standard weekday delivery is free and Dreams will deliver your Doze mattress between 7am and 6pm. You will receive a call and text before your delivery with a 2-hour time slot. You can also choose a Saturday delivery for £9.95 or a specified morning / afternoon delivery for £24.

Will the couriers take the mattress to my bedroom?

Your Doze mattress can be delivered to a room of your choice.

Can Dreams collect my old mattress?

Dreams can collect your old mattress and take it away. They will also send you bags to wrap the mattress in prior to collection. This will cost between £25 and £40, depending on the size of your old mattress.

How long should you wait to use the Doze mattress?

The Doze mattresses can be slept on immediately, but may take a few hours to expand fully into shape.

Returns & refunds

How do I return my Doze mattress?

You can return your mattress if it has a fault or arrives damaged. Your refund will be returned to you through your payment method, within 14 days of the refund request.
