Why should you choose this mattress?
This is a firm mattress with a layer of memory foam to take the edge off, which makes it a sensible pick if you want support first and cushioning second. The graphite memory foam is there to relieve pressure and regulate temperature, and the Breeze cover is described as up to 40% more breathable, so it should suit people who tend to sleep warm. Edge-to-edge support means you can use the whole surface, and the mattress reduces partner motion. It's made in the UK. Suits most back sleepers, although lighter side sleepers may find it a little firm.
Key features & layer details
Graphite memory foam
A memory foam layer with cooling graphite that helps relieve pressure and regulate temperature. It adds cushioning over the firm feel and helps limit heat build-up.
Individually wrapped pocket springs
Individually wrapped springs sit beneath the memory foam. Each spring works on its own, which helps reduce partner motion when one of you moves.

Best suited for?
Back sleepers
The firm feel with a graphite memory foam layer on top gives solid support first and a little cushioning second, which suits most people who sleep on their backs.
Warm sleepers
Graphite memory foam helps regulate temperature, and the Breeze cover is described as up to 40% more breathable, so the surface should stay cooler through the night.
Couples
Individually wrapped pocket springs each work on their own, which helps reduce partner motion, and edge-to-edge support means you both get the whole surface to use.
Combination sleepers
Edge-to-edge support lets you use the full width of the bed as you change position, while the firm feel with light cushioning on top suits regular movers.
If you prefer sleeping on a soft or medium mattress, this might not be the best choice. It's rated firm, and the memory foam layer only softens the surface a little. Lighter side sleepers who want plenty of give at the shoulders and hips may find it too unyielding. It's also single-sided, so you can't flip it.
Save on an earlier or ex-display model
Some retailers still sell the earlier version of this mattress, or ex-display and returned stock at a lower price. These are the sizes where it costs less than the current model's best price.
