We have had the shine plus mattress for 6 months, the mattress was very well packaged and the quality of materials used to make the mattress are excellent. The mattress is supportive but still medium soft, you can feel your body being supported and for me it helped me relax and my muscle tension ease considerably . How does Bensons for Beds 40-night trial work?

You can purchase Mammoth mattresses from several retailers including Argos, Furniture Village, Mattress Online, and Mattress Next Day, however in this guide we provided information when purchasing from Benson for Beds. If you buy one of Mammoth’s bhealthy mattresses, you can trial it for 40 nights. You must use a mattress protector and trial the mattress for the full 40 nights. You can exchange the mattress after this, as long as it’s before 56 nights have passed.

How does Mammoth’s guarantee work?

Mammoth provides a standard 1-year guarantee on all mattresses, which protects against manufacturing defects. As long as you register your mattress online, Mammoth will extend this to 10 years. Bensons for Beds offer a 5-year guarantee.

Delivery

What are Mammoth’s delivery costs?

Delivery costs will vary depending on which company you buy a Mammoth mattress from. Delivery is free with Bensons for Beds and costs between £6.95 and £14.95 with Argos (depending on what service you book).

Will the couriers take my Mammoth mattress to the bedroom?

You can book a 2-man delivery service and installation for £20.

Receiving your mattress

Is there a right way to unpack the Mammoth mattress?

If your mattress arrives packed flat, simply place it on your bed and remove the plastic wrapper. For rolled mattresses, first remove the outer wrapping and then place the mattress on the bed before removing the bag. A flat packed mattress can be used immediately. A rolled mattress will take a few hours (maximum 24) to fully inflate.

How can I wash the Mammoth mattress?

You can wash the removable cover or integrated mattress protector at 30 degrees. Do not tumble dry.

What base should I put my Mammoth on?

Mammoth recommend using their mattresses with their own bases, but you can use them on most other bed bases. If you are using a slatted bed frame the slats should be no more than 7.5cm apart.
