Pillow Top
A plush pillow top acts as a built-in mattress topper, filled with Comfort Foam layers. In practice this gives you extra cushioning and pressure relief the moment you lie down.
Cool Gel Memory Foam
A generous layer of Cool Gel Memory Foam actively draws heat away from the body for a cooler sleep. It also gently moulds to your body shape, which means personalised pressure relief at your hips and shoulders.
Pocket Springs
High tensile steel pocket springs sit in individual fabric pockets and move independently. That means the mattress adapts to changes in your weight distribution through the night, and you feel less of your partner's movement.
Reinforced Edge Springs
An outer ring of firmer pocket springs reinforces the edges. You can sleep or sit right at the side without the mattress sagging away beneath you.
Knitted Cover
A knitted cover finishes the mattress. It is hypoallergenic and vegan friendly, useful if allergies are a concern.

- 90cm each for two sharing: Each of you gets 90cm of width, which means a restless partner can turn over without you feeling crowded, let alone woken.
- Motion isolation plus distance: The 800 pocket springs move independently, and at this width you are far enough apart that most movement never reaches you anyway.
- Room for night-time visitors: When a child pads in at 3am, or the dog treats the bed as home, everyone still gets a workable share of the 6ft width.
- Usable right to the edge: Reinforced edge springs mean the outer inches hold firm, so all 180cm is genuine sleeping space rather than a slope you roll away from.
- Cool sleeping at scale: Two bodies under one duvet generates heat, and the cool gel memory foam layer draws it away rather than trapping it.
This size suits you if...
You share the bed every night and a UK king still feels like a compromise, your partner is genuinely restless and distance matters more to you than any comfort layer, or children and pets regularly join you and you want everyone to keep a fair share. Your room should be at least 3m x 2.9m by our reckoning, and ideally a little more.
Consider another size if...
Your bedroom is under our suggested 3m x 2.9m minimum, or the bed would dominate the space. We'd recommend the UK king instead: it's 30cm narrower, the same length, and needs a room of at least 2.7m x 2.9m.

What room size do I need for the Coolflex Premium Memory Hybrid in a UK super king?
We suggest at least 3m x 2.9m, which is our guidance rather than Coolflex's. That leaves walking space around a 180 x 200cm mattress with bedside tables on both sides. In a loft conversion, check the sloped ceiling too, since it often decides which wall a bed this wide can sit against.
Is the Coolflex super king good for a restless partner?
It's a strong pairing. The 800 pocket springs move independently, so movement transfers less in the first place, and at 90cm each for two people sharing there's simply more distance between you. If disturbed sleep is your main complaint, the width does as much as the construction.
Should I get the Coolflex in a UK king or a UK super king?
If children or pets join you at night, or your partner fidgets, the UK super king's extra 30cm of width is what you'll notice; the two sizes are the same length. The UK king suits smaller rooms, needing at least 2.6m of width in practice against our 3m suggestion for the UK super king.
Will a super king Coolflex fit up the stairs?
At 180cm wide it's the trickiest standard size to move, so measure your staircase, landing turns and door swing before ordering. This mattress arrives as a single piece rather than zip and link halves, which makes tight Victorian staircases a genuine consideration. If access is marginal, the UK king is 30cm narrower.
What bedding does the Coolflex Premium Memory Hybrid super king need?
Standard UK super king sheets fit the 180 x 200cm footprint, paired with a 260 x 220cm duvet. One thing to budget for: bedding at this size costs noticeably more than double or king equivalents, and the 32cm depth means you'll want deep fitted sheets too.
