In most cases, yes. The 90 x 190cm footprint matches standard UK bunk and mid-sleeper frames, and the 15cm depth is slim enough to sit safely below the guard rail on a top bunk, where many adult mattresses would be too deep. Check your frame's maximum mattress depth before buying.
How much room does a single mattress need in a child's bedroom?

Can an adult sleep on the MattressNextDay Kids Hybrid single?
