Key benefits
- 90cm of width each: With 90cm each for two people sharing, a fidgeting partner becomes something you notice less, and often not at all.
- Springs plus space, working together: The encapsulated springs move independently, which means a partner turning over sends less movement your way, and the extra width dilutes what little gets through.
- Room for the whole household: When children wander in at 3am or a large dog treats the bed as home, 180cm of width means nobody ends up clinging to the edge.
- Edge support that matters more at this size: The Aura's firm side supports let you sleep right at the perimeter, so the full 6ft of width is genuinely usable.
- Fills a large master properly: In a period property or generous new build master, a UK king can look undersized; at 6ft x 6ft 6in this size sits in proportion.
This size suits you if...
You share the bed every night and want the most space UK retailers stock as standard, your partner is restless enough that distance matters more than any comfort layer, or children and pets regularly join you and everyone still needs their share. Your bedroom should measure at least 3m x 2.9m, and ideally nearer 3.5m x 3.2m so wardrobes and door swing still work.
Consider another size if...
Your bedroom is under our suggested 3m x 2.9m minimum, or you'd struggle to get a 180cm mattress round a tight landing. We'd recommend the UK king instead: 30cm narrower, and far easier to live with in a smaller room.

FAQ's
How much space does each person get on the Otty Aura super king?
Two people sharing get 90cm each for two people sharing, which is why restless couples choose this size. The Aura's 1,000 encapsulated pocket springs already isolate movement well, and that extra width means a partner shifting position is much easier to sleep through than on the UK king or UK double.
Will the Otty Aura super king fit in my bedroom?
The mattress measures 180 x 200cm, or 6ft x 6ft 6in. We suggest a room of at least 3m x 2.9m, and around 3.5m x 3.2m feels right once you add bedside tables and space to walk round. Check door swing and any landing turns too; those constraints only really bite at this size.
Is the Otty Aura super king a good choice for families sharing with children or pets?
It's the size we'd point families towards. When a child wanders in at night, or a large dog claims a corner as routine, 180cm of width means the adults still get a reasonable share. The Aura's firm side supports help here as well, keeping the edges usable rather than saggy.
What bedding do I need for the Otty Aura in a UK super king?
Standard UK super king sheets fit the 180 x 200cm footprint, and a 260 x 220cm duvet is the usual pairing. Bedding at this size costs a little more and comes from fewer shops than UK double or UK king bedding, so factor that into the running costs before you buy.
Where can I buy the Otty Aura Hybrid in a super king?
Compare the retailers listed on this page; the prices shown here are updated as retailers change them, so it's worth checking back if you're not buying today. The UK super king is the largest of the four sizes the Aura comes in, and stock can move differently from the smaller sizes.
