Yes, with one caveat. The 90 x 190cm footprint is the standard children's bed size, and the medium soft feel suits lighter bodies well. The caveat is depth: at 37cm it's much taller than a typical kids' mattress, so check it won't sit above the safety rail on a raised or mid sleeper frame.

If the room allows it and the sleeper is an adult, the UK small double is worth considering: it's 30cm wider than the UK single, the same length, and we suggest at least 2.4m x 2.8m of floor space for it. For children, teens and guest rooms, the UK single is usually the more practical choice.
Will standard single fitted sheets fit the Memory Cool 3000?
Standard single sheets match the 90 x 190cm footprint, but this mattress is 37cm deep, so shallow fitted sheets will ping off the corners. Look for deep or extra deep single fitted sheets, ideally with a stated depth of 37cm or more. A standard single duvet, 135 x 200cm, fits as normal.
