- Cover. A cool polyester cover sits on top. It's designed to feel fresh against the skin rather than trap warmth.
- Memory foam. An upper layer of memory foam conforms to your body, which means it cushions pressure points as you settle in. Side sleepers should notice this most around the shoulders and hips.
- Eco foam. Beneath that, a high-density eco foam layer targets pressure relief. The higher density adds a slightly more supportive feel than the softer foam above it.
- Insulating fillings. Layers of insulating fillings encase the mattress for stronger edge support. In practice, that means less of a roll-off feeling when you sleep near the side or sit on the edge to get dressed.
- Pocket spring system. The Sleep Sound Pocket+ system uses individually nested springs, 1,000 in the king size, for head-to-toe support. Because each spring moves on its own, you feel less of your partner's movement across the bed.
