- Cover. A stretch damask cover, which means the surface flexes with the layers beneath rather than pulling tight across them. It's a soft, traditional-feeling finish.
- Fillings. Foam and fibre fillings sit beneath the cover. These give a slightly cushioned surface feel before you reach the firm spring support below.
- Spring system. The AdvantEdge® pocket spring system uses 2,000 springs in a king size, each moving independently, which means support is tailored across your whole body rather than delivered in one rigid plane. It's designed to support you right across the sleep surface.
- Side support. DynamicEdge active side support reinforces the perimeter, which means you can sleep or sit right at the edge without it giving way. Useful if you share the bed and need every inch of width.

Is the Sleep Story Ortho 2000 UK king big enough for two people?
For most couples, yes. The UK king gives you 75cm each, which is 7.5cm more per person than the UK double. If you still want more room, the UK super king gives 90cm each, 15cm more per person than the UK king, although it needs a bigger bedroom.
Is the Ortho 2000 king size long enough if you're over 6ft?
At 200cm (6ft 6in), the UK king is 10cm longer than the UK double, which gives a tall sleeper noticeably more space at the foot end. The UK super king is the same length as the UK king, so sizing up would add width but no extra length.
