Layer Details
- Copper Infused Memory Foam. The top layer uses memory foam infused with copper, which helps reduce heat build-up and moves body heat away more quickly, so you should feel noticeably cooler than on standard memory foam. Sleepeezee also credits the copper with antimicrobial properties.
- White Fibre Filling. A white fibre filling sits between the foam and the springs, cushioning spring movement so you feel a smoother surface rather than individual coils. It also helps reduce allergens, a small but welcome touch for sensitive sleepers.
- 800 Pocket Springs. The base is 800 traditional pocket springs that adjust independently, which means support that responds to your body shape rather than the whole bed moving as one. That independence also helps limit disturbance when a partner shifts position.
Layer details from sleepeezee.com product page, September 2026.
- More room each: You get 75cm each for two sharing, which is 7.5cm more per person than the UK double and enough to stop elbows meeting mid-turn.
- Fewer knock-on wake-ups: The 800 pocket springs move independently, so with that extra width an early riser slipping out should disturb the other sleeper a little less.
- Length for taller partners: At 200cm it is 10cm longer than the UK double, which means a partner over six foot is less likely to have feet hanging past the edge.
- Cooler with two in the bed: Two bodies build up warmth quickly, and the copper-infused foam top layer is designed to move heat away, so the shared middle feels less stuffy.
- Fits where a super king won't: The UK king is 30cm narrower than the UK super king, so you get a proper couples' bed without needing a bedroom sized for the largest option.
This size suits you if...
You share the bed every night and wake each other when one of you turns or gets up early, or one of you is tall enough that length matters as much as width. It also suits you if your bedroom meets our suggested 2.7m x 2.9m.
Consider another size if...
Your bedroom falls short of our suggested 2.7m x 2.9m once wardrobes are in. We'd recommend the UK double instead, for which we suggest at least 2.6m x 2.8m.

Will I feel my partner move on a Sleepeezee Fusion Pro UK king?
Less than on a smaller size, in most cases. The 800 pocket springs respond independently, and on a UK king you each have 75cm, so there is more distance between you when one partner shifts. If your schedules differ and one of you leaves the bed hours before the other, that combination helps, although no spring mattress stops movement completely.
Is the Fusion Pro UK king long enough if one of us is over 6ft?
It is 200cm long (6ft 6in), which is 10cm longer than the UK double. For a partner over six foot, that extra length is often the more noticeable upgrade, because it gives feet and pillows more room. Sizing up to the UK super king adds width only, since the two sizes are the same length.
Should we get the Sleepeezee Fusion Pro in a UK king or UK super king?
The UK super king gives 90cm each, so the UK king gives 15cm less per person. If you regularly share with a dog or want lots of spread-out space, the UK super king makes sense, but we suggest at least 3m x 2.9m for it. For most couples upgrading from a UK double, the UK king is enough.
How much extra space does a Fusion Pro UK king give over a double?
The UK king is 15cm wider and 10cm longer than the UK double. Per person, that works out as 75cm each rather than 67.5cm, so 7.5cm more each. It sounds small on paper, but it is the difference between touching when you roll over and having a gap between you.
Is a Fusion Pro UK king too big for a new build master bedroom?
It can be. New build bedrooms often feel roomier on the floor plan than they do once wardrobes and bedside tables are fitted. We suggest allowing at least 2.7m x 2.9m for a UK king, and 3.2m x 3.2m is comfortable. Measure with the furniture in place, and if you fall short, the UK double is the better fit.
