Layer Details
- Pillow Top. A plush pillow layer sits on top of the mattress, adding an extra touch of luxurious comfort. You'll feel this first as a soft, cushioned welcome when you lie down.
- Soft Polyester Comfort Layers. Soft polyester comfort layers enhance the cushioned feel, which means the surface stays gentle rather than firm underhand.
- Body-Contouring Memory Foam. A deep layer of memory foam gently moulds to your shape, easing pressure at key areas such as the shoulders, hips and lower back. Side sleepers tend to notice this most.
- High-Density Polyester Support Layer. Beneath the comfort layers, a high-density polyester layer helps the mattress hold its structure over time. It supports durability rather than adding softness.
- 3000 Pocket Spring System. The core combines 1000 traditional pocket springs with 2000 mini comfort springs, each working independently to respond to your movements. This means less motion transfer to your partner and support that adapts to how you sleep.

- Fits the smallest rooms: At 3ft x 6ft 3in, the UK single leaves space for a desk and wardrobe in a child's room, and we suggest allowing at least 2.1m x 2.8m.
- Pressure relief for growing bodies: The memory foam eases pressure at the shoulders and hips, which means a teenager who sleeps on their side should wake with less aching.
- Proper comfort for guests: A spare room that is an office most of the week can still offer visitors a cushioned pillow top rather than a thin fold-out.
- Two singles for siblings or guests: The narrow 90cm width makes two UK singles with a walkway between them realistic, so two children or two friends each get their own bed.
- Support that holds its shape: A high-density support layer sits above the 3000-spring core, which means the mattress should keep its structure as a child grows into their teens.
This size suits you if...
You sleep alone and want memory foam comfort without giving up floor space, you are furnishing a child's or teenager's room where the bed shares space with storage and a desk, or your spare room needs a comfortable guest bed that leaves room for a workspace.
Consider another size if...
Two of you share the bed, or you are a tall adult who wants room to spread out. We'd recommend the UK double instead, which gives 67.5cm each for two sharing; allow at least 2.6m x 2.8m.

Is the Sleepeezee Memory 3000 UK single too deep for a bunk bed?
It may be. This mattress is 28cm deep, and bunk beds, cabin beds and mid sleepers often have a maximum mattress depth so the guard rail stays high enough above the sleeper. Check the frame maker's guidance before buying. On a standard divan or bedstead at floor level, the depth is no problem.
Will a UK single Memory 3000 fit in a loft conversion bedroom?
Usually, yes. The UK single measures 90 x 190cm (3ft x 6ft 3in), which is narrow enough to sit along the lower wall under a sloping ceiling. We suggest at least 2.1m x 2.8m of floor space. With the slope, also think about the 28cm depth plus your frame, so you can still sit up without catching your head.
Is the Sleepeezee Memory 3000 in a UK single good for a teenager?
For most teenagers, yes. The medium feel and memory foam suit side sleepers, and the springs give responsive support underneath. The main caution is heat: memory foam can hold warmth, so a teenager who already runs hot may find it a little cosy. At 190cm long, very tall teens may prefer a longer size later.
Can I fit two Memory 3000 UK singles in a guest room?
Often, if the room is a good size. Two UK singles side by side with a walkway between them need noticeably more floor than our suggested 2.1m x 2.8m for one bed, so measure the full width including the gap before ordering. Twin singles let guests who aren't a couple each sleep undisturbed.
Should I get the Memory 3000 in a UK single or a UK double?
Choose the UK single if you sleep alone in a compact room. The UK single is 45cm narrower than the UK double and the same length. If you share the bed or want room to sprawl, the UK double gives 67.5cm each for two sharing, and we suggest at least 2.6m x 2.8m for it.
