Layer Details
- Pillow Top. An additional layer of plush fillings sewn onto the top of the mattress. It adds a softer, more luxurious feel to what is otherwise a firm bed.
- Belgian Damask Viscose Sleep Surface. A silky, highly breathable cover. It helps keep the sleep surface feeling fresher through the night.
- Natural Talalay Latex. 100% natural Talalay latex that contours to your body, which means pressure points like hips and shoulders get some give. It's also hypoallergenic and highly breathable.
- Sustainably Sourced British Wool & Silk. A soft, lightweight blend that insulates naturally. It helps keep you cool in summer and warm in winter.
- Polycotton Comfort Layers. Polyester and polycotton fibre layers that add cushioning with good recovery and rebound. In practice, this helps the comfort feel consistent night after night.
- High-density Polyester Support Layer. A dense layer that maintains the mattress's structure. It adds a further touch of breathability too.
- 3000 Pocket Springs. The support system uses 1000 traditional pocket springs plus 2000 mini comfort springs for more precise pressure relief. Each spring works independently, which means less motion transfer and support that follows your shape.

- A small footprint: We suggest allowing at least 2.1m x 2.8m, which leaves room for a desk, wardrobe or toy storage in a modest bedroom.
- Firm, even support for one: The 3000 pocket springs respond to each part of the body separately, which means a growing teenager or single adult gets support that follows their shape.
- Breathable natural fillings: The wool, silk and latex let air move through the top layers, which helps in small, warm rooms such as a loft conversion under a sloping ceiling.
- Plush feel over a firm core: The pillow top gives a softer surface first, so a guest sleeping on it for a night or two shouldn't feel they're on a board.
- Two singles for a guest room: A pair of UK singles lets visiting friends or siblings sleep separately, each with the same firm support.
This size suits you if...
You sleep alone and want firm support with natural materials, your room is compact and needs space left for a desk or wardrobe, or you're furnishing a spare room or teenager's bedroom with a standard floor-level frame.
Consider another size if...
You share the bed, or your frame is a bunk or mid sleeper with a low depth limit. For sharing, we'd recommend the UK double, which gives 67.5cm each; allow at least 2.6m x 2.8m.

Will the Sleepeezee Natural 3000 UK single fit a bunk bed or mid sleeper?
It will fit the 90 x 190cm base of a standard UK single frame, but depth is the question. At 30cm deep, it may sit above the level a guard rail is designed for, so check your frame manufacturer's maximum mattress depth before ordering for a bunk, cabin or mid sleeper.
Is the Sleepeezee Natural 3000 in a UK single a good choice for a child?
It can be for an older child or teenager who likes a firm bed. Younger, lighter children who sleep on their side may find it a little too firm, because light bodies sink less into the latex. A teenager heading into adult weight is more likely to feel the benefit of the ortho support.
What size room do I need for a Sleepeezee Natural 3000 single?
We suggest at least 2.1m x 2.8m of floor space for the UK single. That gives room to get in and out comfortably, with space left for a wardrobe or desk. In a loft conversion, place the bed where you'll have headroom when sitting up, since the 30cm depth raises you slightly.
Is a UK single Sleepeezee Natural 3000 long enough for a tall adult?
It is 190cm long, the same as the UK small double and UK double. The UK single is 10cm shorter than the UK king, so taller adults whose feet reach the end may prefer the UK king, though that also adds a good deal of width and needs at least 2.7m x 2.9m.
Should I buy a UK single or UK double Sleepeezee Natural 3000 for a guest room?
If your guests are usually couples, the UK double suits better: it is 45cm wider than the UK single and gives 67.5cm each, and we suggest at least 2.6m x 2.8m. If your guests are usually friends or siblings, two UK singles let them sleep separately.
