Is the Sleepeezee Serene 2000 super king big enough for two adults and a child?
For occasional visits, yes. Two adults get 90cm each, so a small child who wanders in overnight can squeeze into the middle without anyone ending up on the edge. If a child sleeps with you every night, the space will feel tighter, but no mainstream UK size gives you more width than the UK super king.
Serene 2000 king or super king for a restless partner?

It can, but the slope usually decides where the bed goes. You need a full-height wall for the headboard end, and the floor space has to reach at least 3m x 2.9m once you exclude the low sections you can't stand up in. Check that the door can swing open fully past the bed's corner as well.
