- Natural fillings. Over 2,800g of natural fillings layered by hand, including South American horsetail, real Shetland wool, Mulberry silk and mohair. These materials breathe well and regulate temperature, which means less of the clammy warmth you can get with synthetic fillings.
- Spring core. High-tensile vanadium steel springs, each one hand-nested and placed in a breathable cotton calico pocket. Individually pocketed springs respond to each sleeper separately, so you feel less movement from a partner turning over.
- Spring insulator pad. An integrated insulator pad sits with the spring unit to keep support consistent. It means the mattress performs properly on either a slatted bedstead or a sprung base.

Is the Vispring Heybrook super king big enough for two adults and a child?
For occasional visits, yes. Two adults get 90cm each in a UK super king, compared with 75cm each in a UK king, so a small child has a real gap to settle into. The firm surface also means a child is less likely to roll into the middle and wake you.
How much bigger is the Heybrook super king than the king?
The UK super king is 30cm wider than the UK king, and the two are the same length. For a couple, that works out at 15cm more each. The difference is all in width, so you gain side-to-side room, but taller sleepers get no extra legroom from sizing up.
Heybrook super king vs double: is the jump worth it?
For a couple, it's a big change. The UK super king is 45cm wider and 10cm longer than the UK double, and gives 22.5cm more each. Yes, it needs far more floor, but if a restless partner is the problem, distance does more than any comfort layer can.

Only if the room is big enough and has a full-height wall for the headboard. The slope usually decides where the bed goes, so measure the flat floor area, not the whole room. We suggest at least 3m x 2.9m for a UK super king, plus space to get in and out on both sides.
Can a large dog share a Heybrook super king comfortably?
It's one of the better setups for it. With 90cm each for two people, a dog lying across the foot takes far less of your space than on a narrower bed. The breathable calico springs and wool fillings help the mattress stay cooler with the extra body heat.
