Key benefits
- Real space for two: At 15cm wider than the UK double, the UK king gives each of you 75cm, which means fewer elbows and less negotiating over the middle.
- Movement stays on one side: All-foam construction absorbs motion rather than transmitting it, so a partner leaving early or shifting position at night is far less likely to wake you.
- Length for taller sleepers: At 200cm long, the UK king adds length as well as width, a quiet relief if one of you spends every night with feet near the edge.
- Zoned support across the wider surface: The 7-zone base layer keeps pressure off shoulders and hips wherever each of you settles, which matters more when there's room to spread out.
- Fits most main bedrooms: We suggest a room of at least 2.7m x 2.9m, which most UK master bedrooms can manage, unlike the demands of a UK super king.
This size suits you if...
You share the bed every night and have outgrown a UK double, one of you keeps different hours and you're tired of feeling every exit, or someone in the bed is approaching six foot and needs the 200cm length. It also suits couples whose dog has claimed a permanent spot and takes more than its share.
Consider another size if...
Your bedroom is smaller than our suggested 2.7m x 2.9m minimum, or you sleep alone and don't need 150cm of width. We'd recommend the UK double instead, which keeps the same foam layers in a footprint most rooms handle easily.

FAQ's
Is the Eve Premium in a UK king big enough for a couple?
Yes, comfortably for most. The UK king measures 150 x 200cm, giving 75cm each for two people sharing, 15cm more width overall than a UK double. Combined with the zoned base layer supporting each sleeper independently, it suits couples who want space without moving up to a UK super king.
Does the Eve Premium UK king stop me feeling my partner move?
It helps a great deal. Foam absorbs movement rather than bouncing it across the bed, so someone getting up early or turning over registers far less than on a sprung mattress. Add the UK king's extra width over a UK double and disturbance drops noticeably, although no mattress removes it entirely.
Is the Eve Premium UK king long enough for someone over six foot?
At 200cm, the UK king is one of the longer standard UK sizes, 10cm longer than a UK double. For most sleepers around or just over six foot that's enough to keep feet on the mattress. If you're well over six foot, sizing is unchanged by going wider, so measure yourself against 200cm first.
What room size does the Eve Premium UK king need?
We suggest at least 2.7m x 2.9m so you can walk round the bed and open wardrobes without shuffling sideways, with 3.2m x 3.2m feeling comfortable. In a new build master, measure with the wardrobes in place, as rooms that look generous on the plan can tighten quickly once furniture arrives.
Should I get the Eve Premium in a UK king or a UK super king?
The UK king is 30cm narrower than the UK super king, and for most couples it's the better fit: plenty of shared space without dominating the room. Go for the UK super king only if your room comfortably exceeds our suggested minimum and you regularly share with children or a large dog.
