Key benefits
- 90cm each for two: Each sleeper gets 90cm of width, which means turning over or getting up early is far less likely to disturb the person beside you.
- More width than the UK king: Compared with the UK king, you each gain 15cm at the same length, so all the extra room goes into side-to-side space.
- Space for children and pets: When a child wanders in during the night or a large dog sleeps on the bed as routine, the adults still keep a reasonable share of their own.
- Distance from a restless partner: If your partner kicks, fidgets or sprawls, physical distance usually helps more than any comfort layer, and this is the widest size of this mattress.
- In proportion in a large room: In a period property or a big master bedroom, a 6ft wide bed fills the space properly where a UK king can look a little undersized.
This size suits you if...
You share the bed every night with a restless partner and want as much distance as possible, or children and pets regularly end up joining you, and your bedroom comfortably clears 3m x 2.9m.
Consider another size if...
Your bedroom is under 3m x 2.9m, or you mostly sleep alone. We'd recommend the UK king instead, which needs at least 2.7m x 2.9m.

FAQ's
Will a Relyon Sophia Pillowtop 3000 super king fit in my bedroom?
The UK super king measures 180 x 200cm. We suggest a room of at least 3m x 2.9m, with around 3.5m x 3.2m feeling comfortable once bedside tables are in. Before ordering, measure the door swing and any tight landing turns, because a mattress this wide is harder to manoeuvre upstairs than smaller sizes.
Is a super king worth it over a king if my partner is restless?
For a genuinely restless partner, it usually is. The UK super king gives you 90cm each against 75cm on the UK king, so 15cm more per person at the same 200cm length. That gap often matters more than surface softness, although you'll need at least 3m x 2.9m of floor space rather than 2.7m x 2.9m.
Is a super king big enough for two adults and a child?
It's the most room you'll get from this mattress. Two adults have 90cm each, so a small child in the middle eats into that a little, but most families find a UK super king copes with occasional night-time visits far better than a UK double, which gives 67.5cm each before anyone else climbs in.
What size duvet and sheets fit a Relyon Sophia Pillowtop 3000 super king?
You'll need super king fitted sheets and a 260 x 220cm duvet. Relyon doesn't publish a depth for this pillowtop, so check the fitted sheet's pocket depth against the retailer's measurements before buying. Factor bedding into your budget too, as you're buying at the largest standard size.
Where can I buy the Relyon Sophia Pillowtop 3000 in super king?
Compare the retailers listed on this page for the UK super king. Availability and prices at this size can differ from the smaller sizes, so check the live table before you decide.
