- Quilted pillowtop. A quilted pillowtop sits on top with an advanced breathable sleep system, designed to prevent overheating through the night. It gives the mattress its immediate soft, cushioned feel.
- Refresh Fibres. Vertical Refresh Fibres quickly channel moisture away from your body, which means less of that clammy feeling if you tend to sleep warm. They work through the night to prevent overheating.
- British wool and fresh fibres. Layers of British wool are blended with sustainable fresh fibres, arranged horizontally so moisture naturally evaporates through the breathable mesh border. Wool is a natural temperature regulator, so this layer helps in both warm and cool conditions.

Is a UK king Nimbus 2000 big enough for a couple?
Comfortably, for most. At 150 x 200cm you each get 75cm of width, and because the pocket springs respond to each body independently, you both get the soft pillowtop feel at your own weight. Couples who want still more separation, perhaps with a dog claiming its usual patch, might look at the UK super king.
Will the UK king version fit in my bedroom?
We suggest a room of at least 2.7m x 2.9m for a UK king, which leaves space to walk round both sides and open drawers. Newer builds can be tighter than they look once wardrobes go in, so measure the usable floor rather than the whole room before committing.
Is the UK king long enough for someone over six foot?
It helps considerably. The UK king is 200cm long, 10cm more than the UK double, so a sleeper around six foot can stretch out on the soft pillowtop without their feet hanging off. If you're well over six foot, the UK super king offers the same length but adds width, so length alone isn't a reason to size up further.
