Layer Details
- Top Layer. A 4cm pillow-top of plush filling sits on the surface, which means immediate cushioning the moment you lie down. It is the layer responsible for most of that soft initial feel.
- Memory Foam. 3.5cm of memory foam acts as a transition layer, letting you sink in gradually while minimising movement across the bed. Useful if you share with someone who fidgets.
- Soft Foam. A 1cm layer of soft foam distributes your weight consistently, which means fewer pressure points before you reach the springs.
- Mini Springs. 1200 mini pocket springs add a second, finer level of response above the main springs. They fill in the detail, adjusting to smaller contours of your body.
- Springs. 800 pocket springs conform to your body's shape and support you where you need it most. Because each spring moves independently, the design prevents the roll-together effect that pushes couples into the middle.
- Non Slip Fabric. An anti-slip base keeps the mattress steady on your bed frame, so it stays put when you move.

- A full 90cm each: With 90cm each for two people sharing, you can curl up on your side with your knees bent without drifting into your partner's half.
- Distance from a restless partner: The extra width keeps a partner who tosses and turns further away, and the independently moving pocket springs and memory foam layer help stop their movement reaching you.
- Room when the children come in: When a small child climbs in after a bad dream, a 180cm width still leaves each adult a proper space to sleep in rather than a strip along the edge.
- Space for a dog on the bed: If a large dog sleeps with you as a matter of routine, the UK super king gives it somewhere to stretch out that isn't across your legs.
- Soft feel spread across a big surface: The plush pillow-top covers the whole 180cm width, so whoever ends up in the middle gets the same cushioned feel as the people either side.
This size suits you if...
You share the bed every night with a partner who moves a lot, the children or the dog regularly end up sleeping in with you, and your bedroom comfortably clears our suggested 3m x 2.9m.
Consider another size if...
Your bedroom is smaller than our suggested 3m x 2.9m, or you rarely share the bed. We'd recommend the UK king instead, and we suggest at least 2.7m x 2.9m for the UK king.

Is the SleepSoul Bliss 2000 UK super king big enough for two adults and a child?
For the occasional night, yes. The UK super king measures 180 x 200cm and gives 90cm each for two people sharing, so a small child tucked between you still leaves both adults room to sleep. The memory foam layer also dampens movement, which helps when a child wriggles. If it happens every night, a family would find it tight.
SleepSoul Bliss 2000 super king or king: which should I choose?
The UK super king is 30cm wider than the UK king, and the two are the same length. You get 90cm each for two sharing, compared with 75cm each on the UK king, which is 15cm more each. The trade-off is space in the room: we suggest at least 3m x 2.9m for the UK super king and 2.7m x 2.9m for the UK king.
Will a restless partner still disturb me on the SleepSoul Bliss 2000 super king?
Much less than on a smaller size. At 90cm each, a partner who turns over repeatedly is simply further from you. The 800 pocket springs move independently and the 3.5cm memory foam layer absorbs movement, so what motion does travel tends to fade before it reaches your side. A soft/medium feel does mean you both sink in slightly.
How much bigger is the SleepSoul Bliss 2000 super king than the double?
The UK super king is 45cm wider and 10cm longer than the UK double. For two people sharing, the UK double gives 67.5cm each, so the UK super king gives 22.5cm more each. We suggest at least 2.6m x 2.8m for the UK double, compared with at least 3m x 2.9m for the UK super king.
Is the SleepSoul Bliss 2000 UK super king good for sleeping with a large dog?
The UK super king is the size to choose if a big dog shares your bed as a matter of routine, because the 180cm width gives it room without pushing either of you towards the edge. Bear in mind that the soft pillow-top will show where a heavy dog likes to lie, so encourage it to move about.
