Is the SleepSoul Heaven 1000 super king big enough for two adults and a child?
For the occasional night visit, usually yes. Two adults get 90cm each on the UK super king, so a small child can squeeze into the middle and you still keep some space. If a child joins you every night, bear in mind that the 180cm width is shared between three people, so each of you will have less than 90cm.
UK king or UK super king for a partner who moves a lot?
If your room allows it, choose the UK super king. It gives each sleeper 15cm more width than the UK king, which is 75cm each. The Heaven 1000's pocket springs reduce how much movement travels across the mattress, but extra space between you makes the bigger difference.
Will a UK super king fit in a loft conversion bedroom?
Check the usable floor area rather than the full footprint of the room. Sloping ceilings often mean only one wall has enough headroom for a bed. We suggest at least 3m x 2.9m for a UK super king, so measure the full-height section. If that falls short, the UK king needs at least 2.7m x 2.9m.
Is the UK super king Heaven 1000 longer than a UK double?
Yes. The UK super king is 200cm long, which is 10cm longer than the UK double, and it is also 45cm wider. That extra length helps taller sleepers keep their feet on the mattress. The UK king is the same length, so the gain from sizing up from a UK king is width only.
Can a large dog share a UK super king with two people?
It's the most practical size for that. With 90cm per person, a large dog can settle at the foot of the bed or between you without pushing either of you towards the edge. The Heaven 1000 has only 2cm of quilting on top, so you may feel a heavy dog shifting about a little.
