It may be too deep. The Boutique 4000 is 32cm deep, and raised frames such as bunks, cabin beds and mid sleepers usually set a maximum mattress depth so the guard rail stays high enough to be safe. Check the frame maker's guidance before ordering. On a standard divan or bedstead, the depth is not an issue.
Is the Boutique 4000 in a UK single a good mattress for a child or teenager?
For an older child or teenager on a floor-level bed, it suits most sleepers well. The medium feel gives even support, and the wool and cotton fillings breathe better than synthetic layers. For a younger child on a raised bed, check the frame's depth limit first, because 32cm is deep.
