- Fillings. English cotton, Hampshire wool, silk and cashmere. These natural fibres breathe well and wick moisture, which means a drier, more temperature-stable night than synthetic fillings tend to give.
- Spring system. 1000 pocket springs and 5000 micro springs in the king size, arranged in 7 zones that mirror your body shape. The micro springs sit like a responsive comfort layer, so you get cushioning without losing support.
- Support. A double steel-framed system reinforces the edges and maximises the usable sleep area. In practice, you can sit or sleep near the edge without it sagging beneath you.

For most couples, yes. The UK king gives 75cm each for two people sharing, which is 7.5cm more each than the UK double. If one of you sprawls or the dog sleeps on the bed as a matter of routine, you may find the UK super king, at 90cm each, a better fit.
Will I feel my partner moving on the Village Luxury 6850 king size?

Is upgrading from a double to the Village Luxury 6850 UK king worth it?
If you both feel cramped, the upgrade is a meaningful one. The UK king is 15cm wider and 10cm longer than the UK double, and it gives each of you 7.5cm more width. You will need king sheets and a 230 x 220cm king duvet. Allow 3.2m x 3.2m if you want comfortable room around the bed.
