- Ticking. The outer cover is made from soft, fine-quality ticking. It is the first thing you feel, and it is designed to be gentle against bedding and skin.
- Natural fillings. All the fillings are natural: British fleece wool, horse hair and cotton. Wool regulates temperature, horse hair adds resilient support, and cotton helps wick moisture away, which means a cooler, drier sleeping surface.
- Springs. Each spring has six coils and is hand-nested in its own calico pocket. This lets every spring respond independently to your body, which means better contouring and less motion transfer to a partner.
- Wool protector pad. A wool protector pad (5 foot size) sits over the springs. It cushions the fillings from the coils and adds another breathable natural layer.

- More room to settle apart: At 75cm each for two sharing, you get 7.5cm more width apiece than on the UK double, which means fewer elbows and knees meeting in the small hours.
- Quieter for early starts: Each six-coil spring moves in its own calico pocket, so if one of you gets up hours before the other, the partner still asleep is less likely to be jolted awake.
- Length for taller sleepers: At 200cm (6ft 6in), the UK king is 10cm longer than the UK double, which means a tall partner can stretch out without their feet reaching the edge.
- Breathable fillings for two: There is no foam here, and the wool and horse hair fillings let heat escape, which helps when two people are warming the same bed all night.
- Fits a wider range of rooms: It needs less floor space than the UK super king, and for the UK king we suggest allowing at least 2.7m x 2.9m.

Is the Vispring Supreme UK king long enough for someone over 6ft?
The UK king is 200cm long, or 6ft 6in, which is 10cm longer than the UK double. For a partner over six foot, that extra length is often the bigger gain, because it lets them lie straight without their feet pressing against a footboard or hanging off the end.
Will I feel my partner move on a Vispring Supreme king size?
Less than on a smaller size. The springs sit in separate calico pockets and respond independently, which limits how far movement travels. The UK king adds space on top of that: 75cm each rather than the 67.5cm each a UK double gives, so there is more distance between you as well.
