Features CertiPUR® certified foams, ensuring no harmful chemicals.
Assessed from Simba's published specification for this mattress, captured September 2026, and from regular price comparison across our UK retail partners.
The Simba Hybrid is designed to do a bit of everything well. Its microsprings compress individually, which means a partner's movement stays on their side of the bed, while the graphite infused Simbatex layer draws heat away: a pairing that suits couples and warm sleepers in particular. A nine zoned base adds firmer support where hips and shoulders need it. Committed front sleepers are the exception; Tom's Guide found the firmness less suited to front sleeping. For everyone else, the 200 night trial and 10 year guarantee leave time to be sure.
Key Features & what's inside
1. Breathable knitted cover
A soft knitted cover with a zip off top layer you can machine wash.
2. Simbatex comfort layer
An extra deep, open structure foam infused with graphite, designed to cushion while moving heat away from the body.
3. Aerocoil microspring layer
Up to 1,900 conical titanium alloy microsprings, made in Leeds, that compress individually, which means support that follows your body and less movement felt across the bed.
4. Stabilising core foam

Couples
Couples often need a mattress that minimises motion transfer while providing strong edge support. Hybrid or memory foam mattresses can help ensure both sleepers stay comfortable throughout the night.
Side Sleepers
Side sleepers need a mattress that cushions the shoulders and hips while keeping the spine aligned. The best mattresses for side sleepers usually provide pressure relief through responsive foams or hybrid constructions.
Hot Sleepers
Hot sleepers often benefit from mattresses designed with cooling materials and breathable construction. Hybrid mattresses and advanced foams can help improve airflow and regulate temperature.
Who's it NOT for?
Lighter weight sleepers, who Tom's Guide noted may find it a little too firm, and committed front sleepers, whose position the same reviewers found less well supported.
Simba Hybrid Mattress
Across owner reviews on simbasleep.com and retailer sites, the pattern is consistent: comfort and back support are the most praised qualities, with motion isolation and temperature regulation close behind. The most common adjustment note is that it can feel firmer than expected in the first few weeks.

How does the 200 night trial work?
You get 200 nights from delivery to decide. If it is not right, Simba collects it free of charge and refunds you, and the trial applies however you pay, including on finance.
Is the Simba Hybrid good for hot sleepers?
It is built with them in mind: the Simbatex layer is infused with graphite and designed for more airflow than standard memory foam, and owner reviews regularly mention temperature regulation as a strength.
How firm is the Simba Hybrid?
Simba rates all its mattresses medium-firm, with a cradled feel in the top layers over a firmer base. Owner reviews broadly agree, with some noting it feels firmer than expected at first.
What is the guarantee, and is there any small print?
A 10 year guarantee covers manufacturing faults. One thing to check before you buy: Simba requires a mattress protector to be used for the guarantee to stay valid.
What sizes does it come in?
From a UK single up to a super king, with EU single, double and king sizes for European bed frames. Every size carries the same trial and guarantee.
