Assessed from Sleepeezee's published specification for this mattress, captured September 2026, and from regular price comparison across our UK retail partners.
This mattress suits you if you want pressure relief without sinking into a soft, unsupportive surface. The graphite memory foam cradles hips and shoulders, while the layered spring system underneath, mini comfort springs sitting above traditional pocketed springs, keeps your spine supported and helps the mattress respond as you move. Full foam encapsulation around the spring unit firms up the edges, which means you can sleep right to the side without feeling like you might roll off. At £999 upwards it's a considered purchase, but the depth and construction reflect the price. The medium feel suits most sleepers, although if you prefer a firm, traditional support you may find the pillow top a little too cushioned.
Key Features & what's inside
- Deep pillow top with soft knitted cover. A deep pillow top sewn beneath a soft knitted cover, which means the surface feels plush and inviting from the moment you lie down.
- Soft polyester comfort layer. A soft polyester layer that adds gentle cushioning just below the surface.
- High density polyester support layer. A denser polyester layer that stops you sinking too far into the comfort layers above. It bridges the gap between softness and the support below.
- Triple layer of Graphite memory foam. Three layers of graphite memory foam that mould to your shape and ease pressure at the hips and shoulders. Graphite is added to help the foam manage heat better than standard memory foam.
- Mini comfort springs. Two tiers of mini springs, 2000 on top and 2500 below, which means the mattress responds to smaller movements and adjusts more precisely to your body.
- Traditional pocketed springs. A base of 2000 traditional pocketed springs with full foam encapsulation. Each spring moves independently to support you where you need it, and the foam surround firms up the edges.

Who's it NOT for?
If you like a firm, unyielding surface, the medium feel and deep pillow top will likely feel too soft. Memory foam sceptics who dislike that gentle hugging sensation should also look elsewhere. And because it's a non-turn design, you can't flip it to refresh the feel over time.

Is the Sleepeezee Memory Ultimate 6500 soft or firm?
It's a medium. The pillow top and graphite memory foam give it a cushioned, contouring surface, while the 6,500-spring system underneath keeps it supportive. Most back and side sleepers should find it comfortable, although lovers of a firm bed may find it a little too plush.
Does the Sleepeezee Memory Ultimate 6500 need turning?
No. It's a non-turn design, so you never need to flip it. Rotating it from head to toe now and then is still a sensible habit to even out wear on the pillow top.
How deep is the Sleepeezee Memory Ultimate 6500?
It's 33cm deep, which is on the generous side. Check your fitted sheets before it arrives, as standard-depth sheets may struggle to stay put on a mattress this tall.
Does the Sleepeezee Memory Ultimate 6500 sleep hot?
The memory foam contains graphite, which is used to help draw heat away from the body, and the soft knitted cover aids airflow at the surface. Memory foam does hold more warmth than an open spring design, though, so very hot sleepers should weigh this up.
What sizes does the Sleepeezee Memory Ultimate 6500 come in?
It's available in UK single, small double, double, king and super king, with prices ranging from £999 to £1,599 depending on the size you choose.
