Layer Details
- Deep pillow top with soft knitted cover. A deep pillow top sewn beneath a soft knitted cover, which means the surface feels plush and inviting from the moment you lie down.
- Soft polyester comfort layer. A soft polyester layer that adds gentle cushioning just below the surface.
- High density polyester support layer. A denser polyester layer that stops you sinking too far into the comfort layers above. It bridges the gap between softness and the support below.
- Triple layer of Graphite memory foam. Three layers of graphite memory foam that mould to your shape and ease pressure at the hips and shoulders. Graphite is added to help the foam manage heat better than standard memory foam.
- Mini comfort springs. Two tiers of mini springs, 2000 on top and 2500 below, which means the mattress responds to smaller movements and adjusts more precisely to your body.
- Traditional pocketed springs. A base of 2000 traditional pocketed springs with full foam encapsulation. Each spring moves independently to support you where you need it, and the foam surround firms up the edges.
Layer details from sleepeezee.com product page, September 2026.
- A full 90cm each: Two people sharing get 90cm apiece, which means a restless partner can turn over in their own half without you feeling crowded.
- Room when the family piles in: A child who wanders in at night or a large dog on the covers can fit between two adults without anyone ending up on the edge.
- Firm edges across the whole width: Full foam encapsulation around the spring unit firms up the sides, which means you can use the outer part of that 180cm width without feeling you might roll off.
- Springs that move on their own: Sleepeezee describes each pocketed spring as moving independently, so across a surface this wide, one sleeper's shifting is less likely to reach the other.
- 200cm of length: The UK super king is 10cm longer than the UK double, which gives taller sleepers room to stretch out without their feet hanging over the end.
This size suits you if...
You share the bed with a genuinely restless partner, or children and dogs regularly join you overnight, and your bedroom comfortably clears our suggested minimum of 3m x 2.9m.
Consider another size if...
Your bedroom is smaller than 3m x 2.9m, or the door swing and landing turns are tight. We'd recommend the UK king instead, which needs at least 2.7m x 2.9m.

Sleepeezee Memory Ultimate 6500 UK super king or UK king?
The UK super king is 30cm wider than the UK king, and the two are the same length. That gives each of two sharers 15cm more. The UK king suits a room of at least 2.7m x 2.9m, while we suggest at least 3m x 2.9m for the UK super king, so measure before deciding.
How much space does each person get on a UK super king Memory Ultimate 6500?
Two people sharing get 90cm each. Compared with the UK double, which gives 67.5cm each, that is 22.5cm more per person. If one of you kicks or turns a lot, that distance does more for undisturbed sleep than any comfort layer can.
Is a super king Memory Ultimate 6500 big enough for two adults and a child?
For a child who climbs in part way through the night, yes, in most cases. With 180cm of width and edges firmed by foam encapsulation, the adults can move towards the sides and still stay supported. If children or large dogs share every night, check that your bedroom also clears our suggested 3m x 2.9m.
Will I feel my partner move on a Sleepeezee Memory Ultimate 6500 super king?
Less than on a narrower size, mainly because of the extra distance: you each have 90cm. Sleepeezee's spring system also has pocketed springs that move independently, with mini comfort springs above them. Memory foam slows the bounce too, although a very heavy or restless partner may still be felt a little.
Can a UK super king mattress fit in a loft conversion bedroom?
Often it can, but the sloping ceiling usually decides which wall the headboard goes against, so measure the floor space at full standing height rather than wall to wall. We suggest at least 3m x 2.9m for the UK super king. If you can't reach that, the UK king needs at least 2.7m x 2.9m.
