- Cool-touch knitted cover. A knitted cover with a cool-touch finish, proven to reduce body temperature. You'll feel it most when you first get into bed, when a warm surface is at its most noticeable.
- Built-in topper. A topper filled with mini springs and super soft memory foam, stitched into the mattress itself. This gives you the plush, cushioned first impression of a topper without a separate purchase.
- Dreamzone gel foam. Profiled, body-contouring gel foam that helps relieve pressure and draws heat away from your body. It cradles pressure points, which means less of the pins-and-needles feeling side sleepers sometimes get.
- Pocket springs and mini springs. Pocket springs and mini springs that adjust independently for optimal support. Because each spring moves on its own, you're less likely to feel a partner shifting during the night.

- More room for each of you: At 75cm per sleeper, you each gain 7.5cm over a UK double, which means a stray elbow or knee is less likely to land on your partner's side.
- Length for a tall partner: The 200cm length (6ft 6in) runs 10cm beyond a UK double, so someone over six foot can stretch out without their feet meeting the edge.
- Less disturbance on split schedules: Pocket springs and mini springs move independently across the wider surface, so a partner getting up before dawn is less likely to wake the one still sleeping.
- Space to prop and shift position: If you're pregnant or recovering, the UK king leaves room for supporting pillows, while the medium gel foam eases pressure at the hips and shoulders.
- Fits rooms a super king won't: We suggest at least 2.7m x 2.9m for a UK king, against 3m x 2.9m for the UK super king, which helps where fitted wardrobes take floor space.
This size suits you if...
You share the bed every night and keep ending up in each other's space on a UK double, one of you is over six foot and the length matters as much as the width, or you sleep and wake at different times and want fewer interruptions.
Consider another size if...
Your bedroom is smaller than our suggested 2.7m x 2.9m for a UK king. We'd recommend the UK double instead, for which we suggest at least 2.6m x 2.8m.

Is the Sleepeezee SensaGel 9000 UK king big enough for two adults?
For most couples, yes. The UK king gives you 75cm each, compared with 67.5cm each on a UK double, so you gain 7.5cm apiece. If you both sprawl or a dog joins you most nights, the UK super king's 90cm each may suit you better.
Will I feel my partner getting up on a SensaGel 9000 king size?
Less than on a narrower size, as a rule. The springs move independently, and the UK king puts 7.5cm more between each of you than a UK double. That combination helps if one of you leaves for work hours before the other, although a very restless partner may still be felt a little.
Is the SensaGel 9000 in a UK king long enough if you're over 6ft?
It measures 200cm, or 6ft 6in, which is 10cm longer than a UK double. For a tall partner, that extra length is often the real reason to upgrade. The UK super king is the same length, so sizing up beyond the UK king adds width only.
Sleepeezee SensaGel 9000 UK king or UK super king for a couple?
The UK super king gives 90cm each, so the UK king gives 15cm less per person. In exchange, the UK king needs less floor space: we suggest at least 2.7m x 2.9m, against 3m x 2.9m for the UK super king. If your room is tight once wardrobes are in, the UK king is the sensible choice.
What bedding fits a 32cm deep SensaGel 9000 UK king?
You'll need UK king bedding, and a 230 x 220cm king duvet. At 32cm deep, look for deep-pocket fitted sheets sized 150 x 200cm, because standard-depth sheets may feel slightly stretched at the corners. Double sheets will not fit, as the UK king is both wider and longer.
