- Top Layer. A 2cm pillow-top of plush filling, which means a soft, cushioned first impression before you reach the firmer support below. It takes a slight edge off the medium/firm feel.
- Cool Gel Foam. A 3cm layer of cool gel foam that slows heat build-up in the mattress. If you're a hot sleeper, this should help you stay comfortable for longer through the night.
- Pocket Springs. 1000 individual pocket springs that conform to your body's shape, supporting you where you need it most. Because each spring moves independently, they also help prevent the roll-together effect that pushes couples into the middle.
- Mini Springs. An additional 2000 mini pocket springs sit within the build for extra comfort and support. These smaller springs respond to lighter pressure, which means a more adaptive feel close to the surface.
- Base. A non-slip fabric base for additional stability. In practice this helps the mattress stay put on slatted or divan bases.

Possibly. The mattress is 30cm deep, which is on the deep side for many raised frames. Bunks, cabin beds and mid sleepers usually carry a maximum mattress depth so the guard rail stays high enough above the sleeping surface. Is a UK single Heaven 3000 long enough for a tall adult?
The UK single is 190cm long, or 6ft 3in. That suits most adults, but very tall sleepers may find their feet near the edge. The UK king is 10cm longer than the UK single, although it is also much wider, so the UK king only makes sense if your room has space for it.
Will the Heaven 3000 single fit in a box room?
In most cases, yes. We suggest allowing at least 2.1m x 2.8m of floor space for a UK single, which leaves room to walk around the bed and open a wardrobe. In a loft conversion, measure where the ceiling slopes too, because the narrow footprint helps most when the bed can sit under the lower side.
