- Cover. A Smooth-Tech™ fabric sleep surface. It gives you a smooth, comfortable top layer to lie on.
- Fillings. English cotton, Hampshire wool, silk and cashmere. These natural fibres breathe and wick moisture, which means better temperature regulation through the night.
- Spring system. 1000 pocket springs and 1000 micro springs in the king size, with 7 zones that mirror your body shape. Each spring moves independently, so you get targeted support and less disturbance from a partner's movement.
- Support. A double steel-framed system reinforces the mattress edges. This maximises the usable sleep area, so you can spread out to the very edge without it giving way.

Is the Village Inspire 2850 UK king the next size up from a double?
Furniture Village doesn't make this mattress in a UK double. The sizes are UK single, UK small double, UK king and UK super king. If you're replacing a double, the UK king is the closest match: 15cm wider and 10cm longer than a standard UK double, so check your bed frame takes a 150 x 200cm mattress.
Is a UK king Village Inspire 2850 long enough if you're over 6ft?
The UK king is 200cm long, or 6ft 6in, which is 10cm more than a UK double or UK small double. For a partner over six foot, that length is often a bigger improvement than the extra width, because your feet stay on the mattress when you lie flat.
Will I feel my partner moving on the Village Inspire 2850 king size?
Less than on a smaller bed. You each get 75cm, and the pocket springs move independently, so a partner shifting or getting up early disturbs you less. A firm mattress passes on slightly more motion than a softer one, but the UK king gives the movement more room to fade before it reaches you.

If your room can fit it and you want maximum separation, choose the UK super king. Otherwise the UK king will suit most couples.
