• Cover. A knit cover designed to feel cool and ultra soft, with breathable micro-dots that move air outwards. In practice, that should help the surface stay fresher through the night.
• Emma AirGrid™ Tech. Emma's most advanced AirGrid™ layer, a flexible grid engineered to adapt to your body. It is there for pressure relief, flexing where you press into it rather than pushing back evenly.
• MemoryAdapt layer. This is the layer that gives the first comforting hug, responding to your body with immediate cushioning to relieve pressure. In the Performance 30 it is 4.5 cm thick, deeper than in other models in the range.
• SupportBase. A 6.5 cm foam layer that keeps you supported in every zone, easing strain on sensitive pressure points. It also creates a smooth transition down to the core layers, so you shouldn't feel a sudden change in firmness.
• Zoned pocket springs. Zoned pocket springs add bounce, extra support and stability, which means the mattress responds when you move rather than leaving you feeling stuck. They also reduce motion transfer, a quiet benefit for couples.
• SupportBase. A second foam layer that grounds the zoned spring core and keeps the mattress structure stable. Think of it as the foundation the rest of the build sits on.
• Bottom cover. A simple base cover that keeps the mattress in place on your bed frame.
